Services

Bexa Partners provides B2B outbound services including ICP and list building, cold email infrastructure and deliverability, copy and sequence development, managed sending, and qualified meeting generation. Specific deliverables, targeting, and scope are confirmed with each client at kickoff.

Payment terms

Our standard pricing is performance based at $500 per qualified meeting that takes place. Meetings are invoiced after they occur and attendance is confirmed. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances may pause ongoing campaigns until resolved.

Cancellation

Engagements are month to month. You may cancel at any time by emailing ben@bexapartners.com. There are no long-term contracts or annual lock-ins. Meetings already booked or held prior to cancellation remain billable.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, offer, and ideal customer profile, to respond to booked meetings in a timely manner, and to comply with applicable laws and anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bexa Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
